This culminates in our Secure Operations Centre (SOC), a 24 x 7 facility from where engineers monitor customer sites and all email and internet traffic pass through our filtering software. We use technology from Aprisma to predict potential failure scenarios and early recognition of problems so customers can be alerted before the organisation is impacted upon.

Dirig supplies real-time monitoring equipment to monitor critical server functions such as CPU, memory, swap and disk space utilisation, process monitoring and the ability to take automatic corrective actions when thresholds are exceeded.

Topsec Technology’s email and internet security services combine our own custom built applications with detection technology from Brightmail and Sophos.
